RUDOLF KOELMAN Professor of violin at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and frequently invited as a juror and guest professor at international violin competitions and master courses. One of Jascha Heifetz's last pupils. Heifetz legacy is the fundamental inspiration and source for Koelman’s teaching.
JEAN JACQUES KANTAROV is a noted violinist of Russian ancestry. He was born in Cannes, France and at 13, enrolled at the Paris Conservatory, where he took home a top prize in 1960. Kantorow’s playing combines the best features of the French and Russian schools. HIs Masterclasses are part of the Schoenfeld International String Competition 2018 Collection.
HU KUN, Professor of violin at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Prodigy of Yehudi Menuhin. Born in China, started playing violin and piano at the age of six. In 1980 he won the fifth prize of the Sibelius International Violin Competition, being the first Chinese citizen to win a prize at a major international violin competition. SERGEY OSTROVSKY Violin and chamber music Professor of Haute Ecole de Musique de Geneve (Neuchatel Branch) ; first concertmaster of Orchestre de la Palau des les Arts de Comunidad Valenciana in Spain. Founder of the Aviv String Quartet; international active violin soloist and conductor.
GYORGY PAUK Professor at the Royal Academy of Music in London, Professor Emeritus of the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest and a regular guest in the US where he is giving master classes in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oberlin College Ohio and Juilliard School of Music in New York.
VIRGINIE ROBILLIARD Professor of violin at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne in Switzerland. Regularly invited to give master classes all over the world. Robilliard studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon and graduated at the Juilliard School with Dorothy Delay.
KLAIDI SAHATCI First Concertmaster of the Tonhalle-Orchestra Zürich, Professor at the “Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana” in Lugano, former first Concertmaster of the Orchestra of the Teatro alla Scala and the Zurich Chamber Orchestra. Studied with Salvatore Accardo at the “Walter Stauffer “Academy in Cremona.
HAGAI SHAHAM Professor at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music at Tel Aviv University and Artist in Residence at Stony Brook University, New York. Student of the late and renowned Ilona Feher, he co-founded the Ilona Feher Foundation for promoting young Israeli violinists.
VERA TSU Professor & Master Tutor of the Central Conservatory in Beijing and Shanghai Conservatory. Jury member at many prestigious competitions. Studied at the Central Conservatory in Beijing in 1977. Famous for her part in the Oscar-winning documentary From Mao to Mozart: Isaac Stern in China.
SULI XUE Chinese-American violinist enjoys an active career on today’s international music stage. He graduated from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and USC Thornton School of Music. Former Professor of Violin in USC Thornton School of Music and concertmaster of the Central Symphony Orchestra of China. Marcos created the Kreutzer complementary Etudes - Practicing lab Course.
KSENIA MILAS violinist from St.Petersburg, living and working in Italy. She is a Violin professor at the Imola International Academy and "Scuola di Musica" Fiesole and one of the few young generation violinists who recorded both Solo Violin Sonatas by Ysaÿe and Paganini's 24 caprices, including four newly discovered ones.
