Haydn Cello Concerto in C 3rd mov

Teacher:
Evangeline Benedetti

Composer:
Haydn

Lesson Description

One mistake you must avoid at all costs is to give the impression that you're running down a hill and can't stop. The virtuosity of the solo instrument is exploited in this movement, especially in passages where the cello alternates rapidly from low to high. So much precision is needed, and our Teacher explains "how to stay grounded" in every passage.
