Premiered in 1935, this piece fully expresses many aspects of change and multiplicity which are present in the majority of Prokofiev's music. This movement starts with a sense of metric imbalance and goes through a full fledged G minor melody, eventually punctuated by abrupt changes of tonality, rhythmic pulse and mood. Professor: Kaidi Sahatci Student: Deolinda Giovannettina.
