Only as a member, we ask for your personal data. We ask your name, email address and you have the optional choice to fill in which instrument you play and at what level. So we only ask for the information that is relevant to the service you need. Should you be part only of the newsletter list, we keep your email address and nothing else.

 

How long does iClassical Academy store my data?
Members: Your data is stored as long as you remain a member. In the case of cancellation, we keep your data stored in a special list called “former members”
Newsletter: Your data is stored until you unsubscribe from the list.

 

For what purposes does iClassical Academy share data?
We do not share any personal data with other parties. We might only share general demographic information (see OUR USE OF INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA and PASSING INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES)

If you sign up as a paid member, your data will be required for the payment systems as well. We use Paypal and Stripe payment system services and refer to those platforms only in case you have questions or problems with your payments.

As a member, you will have your own account access to our website. If you sign up as a Master Member you are responsible for taking care of pausing and/or canceling your account if you wish to do so.

We don't refund membership plans. It's the member's responsibility to cancel a plan on time, should they wish to end the subscription.
